Refund Policy

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase. A purchase is refundable in that period only while its work has not started.

Receive is a digital service that starts at your request. At checkout you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that a purchase is no longer refundable once its work has started. Work starts when document processing begins for the purchased grant application, or, for an additional revision, when the revision is requested.

2. What is not refundable

Once its work has started, a purchase is final. This includes the base grant purchase after document processing has begun, and any additional full-grant revision after it has been requested. Dissatisfaction with a funder's decision, a change of plans, or a missed funding deadline does not make a started purchase refundable.

3. When we always refund

We refund duplicate charges, charges for a purchase whose work never started, and charges for work we could not deliver because of a failure on our side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time. Report these as soon as you notice them.

4. How to request a refund

Request a refund through paddle.net, where you can look up your order, or email tehila@receive.technology with your account email and the order or receipt details. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. The time for the money to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

5. Your legal rights

Paddle's Buyer Terms and mandatory consumer law apply in addition to this Policy. Where they give you a right to cancel or to a refund that cannot lawfully be excluded, that right applies and prevails over this Policy. Payment-provider dispute rights remain available.

For questions, support, cancellation requests, or privacy requests, email tehila@receive.technology. You may request the operator's legal name and business contact address using this email before purchasing.
